When this application is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the applicant/9th defendant submits that since this Court has granted relief for the recovery of dues to the 9th defendant bank by bringing one of the suit properties for auction, he is not pressing this application and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the applicant/9th defendant, this application is dismissed as not pressed.
