ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for committing grave contempt and gross disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.35577 of 2023 dated 31.01.2024, thereby the respondents therein were directed to proceed further with the selection process, if the petitioners therein qualify in their written examination.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was called for certificate verification on 08.04.2025. 2/4

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the first respondent also produced letter dated 03.04.2025 of the Teachers Recruitment Board, before this Court, and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.35577 of 2023 dated 31.01.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid letter dated 03.04.2025.
