2. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the purpose for which this application was filed has been fulfilled.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant has attempted to settle the dispute. However, the respondent has failed to come for settlement.

4. Considering the fact that the vehicle was seized prior to initiation of the arbitral proceedings, the applicant is directed to take steps to initiate the arbitral proceedings within 30 days of receipt of this order.

5. With the above observations, this Arbitration Application stands closed. It is made clear that the seized vehicle shall not be sold and/or auctioned, alienated or transferred without permission of the Execution Court in execution of Award to be passed by the Arbitrator to be appointed under the Agreement between the applicant and the respondent.
