C.SARAVANAN, J.

The vehicle has been seized by the learned Advocate Commissioner to that effect a report dated 08.01.2024 has been filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner. Same is taken on record. The learned Advocate Commissioner has also filed a memo for additional remuneration over and above, the amount that was already paid.

2. Considering the time spent by the learned Advocate Commissioner in executing the warrant, recording the request of the learned Advocate Commissioner, additional remuneration of Rs.50,000/- is directed to be paid. The applicant is directed to initiate the arbitration proceedings as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The submission of the learned counsel for the applicant, Section

21 notice has been issued. The learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to move appropriate application before the learned Arbitrator before disposal of the seized vehicle. Needless to state, before taking any further steps, notice shall be issued to the respondent.
