O R D E R

This petition has been filed for seeking modification of the conditions imposed by the Court below while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.1708 of 2021. The Court below while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for sum of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court and one Surety must be a blood surety.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a orphan and he does not have any blood relatives and further petitioner's friends and relatives are not willing to give the sureties. Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner by the Court below in Crl.MP.No.1708 of 2021 dated 17.11.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two local surety and all other conditions remains unaltered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The other conditions as imposed by the Court below while passing orders in Crl.MP.No.1708 of 2021, will stand as it is.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
