This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 344 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Heard Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners.

3. Mr.V.S.Jagadeesan takes notice for the respondent and he has no serious objection for allowing the petition.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
