This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No.1271 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police to CBCID or any other competent agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, charge sheet has been filed on 29.11.2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sriperumbudur.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Crl.M.P.No.9313 of 2022 is also dismissed. Index: Yes/No 30.11.2022 Speaking / Non Speaking Order gsk 2/4
