ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.754 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Erode.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 12.09.2024, I directed the Registry to call for a report from the learned II Additional District 1/3

Judge, Erode as to how long she will take for disposal of the suit. The learned Judge sent a report stating that she would take all the steps necessary for expeditious disposal of the suit.

3. Though an outer limit has not been stated by the learned II Additional District Judge, Erode, the learned Judge is directed to dispose of O.S.No.754 of 2023 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
