O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to survey the petitioner's land in respect of the property comprised in S.Nos.302/6 and 303/4 situated at Krishnapuram Village, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District and to mark the boundaries by considering the petitioner's representation/application, dated 19.09.2022.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made representation dated 19.09.2022 to the respondents 1 & 2 seeking to survey the subject property and to fix the boundary lines pursuant to the application dated 19.09.2022 and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues 2/4

a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2022 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1&2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders afer providing an opportunity to the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
