This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 907 days in preferring the criminal revision before this Court as against the order passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for exclusive trial CCB Cases (Relating to Cheating Cases in Chennai) and CBCID Metro Cases, Chennai in Crl.MP.No.485 of 2016 in CC.No.6510 of 2016 vide order dated 28.10.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 907 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
