ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence under Section 9 r/w.2(16) and Sections 50, 51 and 52 of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972 in WL.OR.No.1 of 2021 on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have attacked a wild elephant due to which, the elephant lost its life.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.Nos.4885 and 9876 of 2021 and this Court has dismissed the said petitions.

5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.Nos.4885 and 9876 of 2021, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
