DHANABAL, J Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [criminal side] appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complied with the earlier order dated 01.08.2024 without fail and almost investigation has been completed and there is no previous case pending against the petitioner.

2.Considering the above submission made by him and considering that the nature of offences, this Court modifies the conditions imposed against the petitioner in Para No.6(b) of the order dated 01.08.2024 are as follows:- "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first day of the English Calender month at 10.30 am for three months."

3.In all other aspects by order dated 01.08.2024 shall remains unaltered.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
