To issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation preferred by the petitioner vide letter dated 26.07.2019 and consequently, directing the first respondent to issue a tax clearance certificate.

2. A counter affidavit dated 30.09.2019 is filed by the respondents 1 to 3, opposing the amendment petition.

3. However, considering the limited scope of the amended prayer, which only seeks for a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2019 for issuance of tax clearance certificate, this Court is of the view that allowing the amendment petition is not going to prejudice the interest of the respondents in any manner.
