This Petition has been filed to modify the condition which is imposed by this Court in para No.6(b) is "The Petitioners shall appear before the Respondent police three weeks at 10.30 am instead of the Respondent Police to concern Judicial Magistrate No.2, Sankagiri and in Crl.OP.No.17596 of dated 11.08.2023."

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.17596 of 2023 dated 11.08.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Sankagiri on every Monday at 10.30 am, for a period of five weeks.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
