Respondent This application has been filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking for extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal comprising of the Sole Arbitrator, Mr.Yashod Vardhan for a period of three months from 01.09.2023 till 01.12.2023. 2.Learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application.

3.This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application.
