Heard Mr. R.Thanjan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. U.Baranidharan, Learned Additional Government Pleader for the First and Second Respondents, Mr. T.Balaji, Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent and Mr. P.Sathish Kumar, Learned Counsel for the Fourth and Fifth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First to Third Respondents, particularly the Third Respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 25.08.2023, sent to take necessary action against the Fourth and Fifth Respondents for illegally running the shop without proper license in the joint family property, situated at No.14/77 F, Muthappa Building (Raghavendra Building), Anna Nagar, Hosur and Taluk, Krishnagiri District. 2/4

Learned Counsel appearing for the Fourth and Fifth Respondents has produced a copy of the license dated 20.12.2023 obtained after filing of the Writ Petition, which is placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also acknowledges its receipt and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.
