The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that out of six accused, two are absconding and they are in Malaysia. Hence Look Out Circular been issued against them. Once those two accused have secured, final report will be filed, otherwise, after two months steps will be taken to file final report showing those two accused as absconding accused. 3.
Recording the said undertaking, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
