This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the order and decretal order passed in M.P.No.203 of 2016 in RCOP.No.18 of 2016 on the file of the Rent Controller/XV Judge, Small Causes Court, Chenani, dated 08.09.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, who would submit that, as against the order in M.P.No.203 of 2016, RCA was filed in R.C.A.No.177 of 2017, which was decided against the petitioner. Therefore, as against the said order passed in R.C.A.No.177 of 2017 alone, the present revision has been filed. Therefore, the original impugned order in M.P.No.203 of 2016, which was filed along with the RCA before the Rent Control Appellate Authority, has been tagged along with the record. Therefore, only a photocopy of the order is filed herewith, hence, he seeks for dispense with . 3.In view of the said reasons, this dispense with petition is ordered.
