Crl.M.P.No.14316 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15672 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15672 of dated 26.07.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. In view of the order dated 25.08.2023 made in HCP.No.1601 of 2023 wherein the victim girl was allowed to go along with the 1st accused G.Santhosh Kumar, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15672 of 2023 dated 26.07.2023 is totally relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
