This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 26.11.2021 passed by this Court in Page No.1 of 3

W.P.No.25327 of 2021.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order dated 26.11.2021 in W.P.No.25327 of 2021, directed the respondents therein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. However, the said order has not been complied by the respondents herein till date. Hence, this Contempt Petition.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 26.11.2021, the respondents have rejected the petitioner's representation vide letter dated 07.10.2022.
