This Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.13407 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed before the Court, concerned.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner in para 7(b) of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.13407 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023 is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
