This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.4 passed in Crl.MP.No.17194 of 2022 in Crl.OP.no.22491 of 2022 dated 15.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed in this matter and the same was taken file by the Court, concerned.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
