This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11704 of 2022 dated 15.06.2022, passed by this Court to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikal daily at 10.30.a.m., till the committal and thereafter appear before the Committal Court on the 1st and 15th of every English Calender month.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11704 of 2022 dated 15.06.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikal on every first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m., and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
