Dravidar and Tribal Welfare (ADWl) Department dated 26.06.2025 and G.O.(D) No.161, Adi Dravidar & Tribal Welfare (ADWl) Department dated 30.06.2025, to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents permit the petitioner to retire peacefully w.e.f 30.06.2025 and to extend all accrued retiral benefits thereto. This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To call for the records relating to the order of the 1st respondent made in G,O.(D).No.l60 Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare (ADWl) Department dated 26.06.2025 and G.O.(D) No.161, Adi Dravidar & Tribal Welfare (ADWl) Department dated 30.06.2025, to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents permit the petitioner to retire peacefully w.e.f 30.06.2025 and to extend all accrued 2/5

retiral benefits thereto."

2. Today, the Government Order in GO.(D).No.22 dated 02.02.2026 has been produced, wherein, it is stated that the petitioner is deemed to have been retired from service from the date of his superannuation i.e., 30.06.2025.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Therefore, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
