ORDER

The petitioner made a representation on 02.08.2016 to the respondent making a request for grant of licence for parking slots under the Nelson Manickam - Anna Nagar 3rd Avenue Flyover on the Poonamallee High Road to accommodate the customers of the petitioners' tenants. As the said request is still pending consideration, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. From the records, it is seen that the petitioners made representation on 02.08.2016 followed by another representation dated 04.08.2016. As the said representations dated 02.08.2016 and 04.08.2016 are pending consideration, the respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
