The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of petitioner's revision petition dated 05.04.2013 filed by her challenging the order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 23.02.2013.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the property situated in S.No.88/2 with an extent of 2 acres 56 cents in Alamelupuram Village, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District, is her private property and the 3rd respondent by order dated 23.02.2013 treating the same as the conditional assignment land cancelled assignment for violation of conditions and classified it as 'Government Punjai Tharisu'. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner has filed a revision before the 2nd respondent on 05.04.2013 and the same is pending on his file without any progress. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is 2/5
taking notice for the respondents would submit that the revision of the petitioner dated 05.04.2013 will be decided by the 2nd respondent on its own merit and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the revision filed by the petitioner dated 05.04.2013 challenging the order of the 3rd respondent dated 23.02.2023 and pass final orders on its own merit and in accordance with law, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
