Prayer : Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for contempt of court under Contempt of Courts Act 1971 for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 10.6.2024 in W.P.No.22951 of 2023.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Counsel for petitioner states that quotation from the letter dated 6th June, 2024 recorded in paragraph 2 of the order dated 10th June, 2024 could be treated as an undertaking to this Court and respondents should be held guilty in view of the averments made in the petition.

2. Having considered the order and the quotation in paragraph 2, we cannot consider the same as undertaking to this Court. No case for contempt is made out.

3. Contempt petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
