This Application had been filed to direct the Official Liquidator (i.e) the respondent herein, to withdraw the letter dated 4th November 2016 calling for the surrender of Plant and Machinery.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant would submit that in view of the order passed in Comp.A.No.784 of 2017, nothing survives for further adjudication in the above captioned application and requested to close the same.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the applicant and in view of the order passed in Comp.A.No.784 of 2017, nothing survives for further adjudication in the above captioned application and accordingly, the same is closed.
