2.Mr.S.Vadivel is the counsel for the appellant in the connected appeal filed by the insurance company in CMA.No.614 of 2014.

He has no objection to the delay being condoned and accordingly the delay is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimants will not be entitled to the interest for the delay period ie.

for 564 days.

3. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter along with CMA.No.614 of 2014.
