(CRIME NO.129 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first day of every month until further orders imposed on him in Crl.M.P.No.8090/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.16347/2020 dated 17/12/2020 and thus render justice. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.PRADEEP, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8090 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.16347 of 2020 on 17.12.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
