ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus seeking a direction to examine the representation dated 11.01.2023 within a particular time frame.

2. The said representation has been given by the petitioner to examine on merits. The earlier representation dated 25.04.2022 and to cancel all actions done relating to the appointment of Directors and transfer of shares in a company called M/s.Rams Rejency Private Limited.

3. The father of the petitioner, R.Radhakrishnan had died on 11.01.2023 and the petitioner herein had been sending representations after representations.

4. I am confident that the respondents would act in accordance with law. The Court should not pass any order whatsoever particularly, since the bonafide of the petitioner is questionable. Whether a statutory right was accrued to the petitioner is also questionable.

5. If at all the petitioner has a statutory right, then, in accordance 2/4

with the provisions of the Companies Act or in accordance with any particular statute, the petitioner should seek appropriate relief.

7. The Writ Petition is not maintainable.
