ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the present petition seeking to issue a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Namakkal, to complete the enquiry of the case in D.V.C.No.4/2015 within the time fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the respondent/wife, a case in D.V.C.No.4/2015 is pending. It is further submitted that already, the first petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent, has obtained decree of divorce and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. Notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that it is a fit case to issue a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Namakkal, to dispose the case. Accordingly, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Namakkal, is directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to dispose of the case in D.V.C.No.4 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
