BY ITS [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, NAMAGIRIPET POLICE STATION, NAMAKKAL DISTRICT (CRIME NO.788/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition the Petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30. a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP. NO. 19863 of 2021 order dated 26.10.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19863 of 2021 on 26.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e. on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 17/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
