ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M.S.Ramesh J.) This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1710 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.528 of 2023 dated 14.02.2024, the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders and shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates. 2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the earlier order of this Court.

3. The condition No.26 (iii) in Paragraph 4 of the order dated 14.02.2024 imposed on the petitioner herein directing him to appear and sign before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders made in Crl.M.P.No.1710 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.528 of 2023 is hereby relaxed to the effect that the petitioner herein shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates.

4. All other conditions remain unaltered.
