Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of directing the petitioners to report before the Kuthiravandi police station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.MP.No.11495 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.19455 of 2021 dated 26.11.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.E.RAVICHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19455 of 2021 on 12.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
