(a)Grant the petitioner the permanent custody of the minor children (i)A Suriya Sithyan presently aged 12 years;

(ii)A.Tharun Sithyan presently aged 11 years; (iii)A.Kamachi Varnika Lakshmi presented aged 4 years (b)To appoint the petitioner as the guardian of the person of the minor children (i)A.Suriya Sithyan, (ii)A.Tharun Sithyan, (iii)A.Kamachi Varnika Lakshmi, who is now under her custody. (c)To grant such further or other reliefs, (d)to pay costs of the petition.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reports that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent had been settled and they are living together along with their kids and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
