2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that a mistake has crept in in the order passed by this Court vide order dated 20.12.2023. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders. 3.In view of the above statement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the paragraph No.3 of the order dated 20.12.2023 is modified as under:

"3.........................Further, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the E.A.No.13 of 2022 on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue a fresh order copy.
