O R D E R

The present petition is for direction to the first respondent police to extend the police protection for the purpose of removing the encroachment in the petitioner's property.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on written instructions dated 15.06.2016 from the Inspector of Police, V4, Rajamangalam Police Station, Kolathur, Chennai, has stated that respondent is willing to give police protection to the petitioner.

3. In this connection, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the first respondent with appropriate application seeking for police protection to remove the encroachment in his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

property. On receipt of such application, the first respondent shall pass necessary orders.

4. In the light of the observations made, such exercise shall be completed within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
