The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Coimbatore District to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the date of surrender before the Court in connection with Crime No.472 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294 (b), 324 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.472 of 2015. The petitioner is studying Plus Two and a complaint was registered against him pursuant to the wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complaint's son. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is a minor and he is prepared to surrender before the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Coimbatore District, there shall be a direction to the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Coimbatore District, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Board, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders. The petitioner is directed to produce the necessary proof with regard to his age to the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Coimbatore District.
