2.In view thereof, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If appeal is not filed within the period stipulated i.e., 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the impugned order shall stands restored.

3. Recovery proceedings shall be kept in abeyance, for a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
