O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents herein to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the house and Plot measuring an extent of 304 sq.ft, situated at Door No. 42/17, TNSCB, V.O.C. Colony, Anna Nagar East, Chennai - 600 102 by considering the representations dated 21.07.2022 and 02.09.2022.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the said representations dated 21.07.2022 and 02.09.2022 before the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board instead of the first respondent.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner is at liberty to submit fresh representation before the first respondent within a period of two weeks and on receipt of the same, the first 2/4

respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
