O R D E R

The petitioners were apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 85, 351(2) of BNS and Section 3(1)(r) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, in Crime No.22 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Considering the embargo under the Act, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner herein to approach the Trial Court for similar relief. On such application, the Trial Court shall consider the same, preferably on the same day, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the 1st petitioner has already been arrested. If so, he is at liberty to seek bail, and the same can be considered as per the above direction. 04.09.2025 cda 2/4
