2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompany affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed, subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- on or before 30.10.2023.

3.The petitioner is now required to pay Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to "All the Children, No.39, 40, 2nd Palla Street, Kennedy Nagar, Vyasarpadi, Chennai - 600 039, Ph.No.98416-94233."
