ORDER

The petitioner who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 329(4), 287, 351(2) and 108 of BNS r/w Section 4 of TNPWH Act, in Crime No.62 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant married to Sudhakar and they have two sons and a daughter and she has been in a relation ship with one Prabhu @ Premkumar. Due to the same, the defacto complainant poured petrol on her. Hence, this complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the defacto complainant married to Sudhakar and they have two sons and a daughter. The defacto complainant grabbed the petrol cane and poured on her and set fire on herself. Hence, a complaint has been given The petitioner is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the defacto complainant married to one Sudhakar and they have two sons and a daughter and she has been in a relation ship 2\4

with one Prabhu @ Premkumar. Due to the quarrel, the defacto complainant poured petrol on her and she was admitted in the hospital. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioners. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of the offences, it requires further investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
