O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.595 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.20875 of 2024, dated 21.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every first Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the final report to be filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.595 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.20875 of 2024, dated 21.01.2025 is relaxed.
