ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to conclude the enquiry pending on his file in Na.Ka.No.2956/A1/2020 dated 30.11.2020 within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Court, after affording opportunity to the necessary parties concerned, based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2021 and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner owned the property comprised in S.No.86/1, situated at Kamakaram Village, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District. While that being so, the third party fraudulently executed the sale deed in respect of the petitioner's property in favour of others. Therefore, challenging the same, the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 16.10.2020 before the first respondent and it is pending for enquiry. In fact, on receipt of the complaint, the first respondent issued notice dated 30.11.2020 to the petitioner herein. However, the first respondent failed to issue notice to the counter parties.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint/representation dated 08.06.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
