Both the petitions have been filed to implead the proposed respondents herein as the respondents 2 to 7 in the above Writ Petitions respectively.

2. Being satisfied with the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, both the petitions are allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the main Writ Petitions.
