ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2022 and pay the compensation of Rs.20 Lakhs to the petitioner and a job to one of his family members.

2. On a perusal of the records, it is seen that the fifth respondent is a private party and as such, this Writ Petition itself cannot be maintained and it is liable to be dismissed.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent Court for appropriate relief, if so advised. No costs.
