Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2021 sent for taking action on fraudulent registration done by the third respondent herein in respect of the lands measuring 1.52 acres in S.F.No.584/1, situated at Nallur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District in accordance with law and within a stipulated period.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2021 sent for taking action on fraudulent registration done by the third respondent herein in respect of the lands ad-measuring an extent of 1.52 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

acres comprised in S.F.No.584/1, situated at Nallur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, in accordance with law and within a stipulated period.

2. The petitioner is challenging the fraudulently registered of sale deed executed by the third respondent in favour of the fourth respondent herein. In this regard, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the first respondent on 03.09.2021 and it is pending without any enquiry.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint/representation dated 03.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the third and fourth respondents, and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
