This Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.OP.Nos.21745 & 21749 of 2022 dated 16.09.2022.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, these petitions are ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to produce the sureties before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petitions for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed, without any further extension of time.
